Dato’Vicnes has grown tremendously and has strong experience in logistics background that make the clients to seek for his support and contribution towards the success of the supply chain. At 1994, he joined in Malaysia company as a production planner. He was responsible for planning material for production and master planning of production. He also worked with Product Costing and Logistics Coordination. That was his initial stage of moving forward to reach his aim to be a successful entrepreneur. His initial experience dared him to take bigger challenges and bigger responsibilities as well.So, he joinedin a international companyas an Assistant Manager in 1996. Dato’ Vicnes successfully performed his role as a manager handling subcon production management, production planning, material management, logistics of import / export. During this challenging period his passionate mind encouraged him to grab the opportunity to take the responsibility as a plant manager in the Indonesia assignment for 6 years. This assignment enriched his experience inspiring himto practice his leadership at another level.

His passion and confidence gave him a great opportunity inone of the most well-known electric industrial company Panasonic. He joined there as a Logistics Regional Manager in 2004. He again didn’t fail to manage his responsibilities as a manager handling import / export, implementation AEO for Panasonic group, South Asia region on logistics setup, cost buster head. He was also promoted to the Head of Compliance and Head of Customs in Panasonic respectively.Year of 2006 is the time when the seed of his biggest dream of entrepreneurship was rooted. As determined as he was, these experiences led him to take the biggest challenge of his life which is to set his own company, IVS Group in 2006. And since then he is successfully conducting the company till now.

His dream remained unbound and still is. From the very period of 2006, he has proved his passion, dedication and responsibility toward his company.
